Basic Parameters

Rated current: 16A, can meet the general electrical control lines and small three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor control requirements.

Rated voltage: Suitable for circuits with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 500V and below, and DC voltage up to 440V.

Number of poles: 3 poles, which means that the switch has three independent conductive paths and can control three-phase circuits at the same time.

Product structure

Operation mechanism: The operation mode is divided into positioning type and self-recovery type. Positioning type operating handle will be fixed in the corresponding position after operation, while the self-recovery type operating handle will automatically return to the initial position after the operating force is removed. The shape of the actuator has two types: knob type and ball pinch type, users can choose according to the actual operational needs and use of the scene.

Contact system: The contacts are of double-break contact bridge structure, and the movable contacts are designed as automatic adjustment type, which can ensure the synchronization when turning on and off, effectively reduce the generation of arc, and improve the electrical life of the switch. The static contacts are mounted in the contact holders, which are operated by cams and brackets to realize the closure and disconnection of the contacts.

Shell and Connection Terminal: The shell is generally made of high-strength engineering plastics or metal, with good insulation and mechanical strength, to protect the internal electrical components and operating mechanism. Connection terminals for access to external circuits, usually with good electrical conductivity and mechanical stability, to ensure reliable circuit connection.

Installation and Maintenance

Installation points: It should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated place without vibration and shock, and the installation position should be convenient for operation and maintenance. The installation should be fixed according to the installation dimensions in the product manual to ensure that the switch is firmly installed. At the same time, pay attention to whether the connection of the terminals is firm or not, to avoid heat generation, ignition and other faults due to loose contact.

Maintenance precautions: Regularly check whether the operation of the switch is flexible or not, whether the contacts are burnt or oxidized, etc. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced in time. When cleaning the switch, it should be wiped with a dry, clean cloth, avoiding the use of wet cloth or corrosive detergent, so as not to damage the insulation performance and surface protection layer of the switch.
